A CHRISTMAS CAROL

A One-Man Play Adapted and Performed by John Hardy

The Charles Dickens classic is performed by a single actor playing over twenty roles.

Production Details

Approximately eighty minutes of stage time. The play can be performed in one act or two acts with one intermission (one hour and thirty five minutes with intermission). There is an optional talkback which can take place after each performance if requested by the presenting organization.

Technical Requirements

• Necessary playing space
• 20 feet wide by 16 feet deep.
• Lighting
• Day wash
• Night wash
• Two isolated specials (which can be part of the day wash)
• A board operator must be provided by the venue to run both lights and sound.
• A short, three hour, tech rehearsal will be necessary.
• All costumes and props are provided by the production.

Production Fees

Housing and travel expenses provided by the venue at the rate of: $75 per day.
